Member Registration
Scan the QR Code to link your official LINE account and set up payment and invoice info.
- Add HeTone Greenergy official LINE
- Complete member registration
- Skip if already linked
Scan Charger
Scan the QR Code or enter the charger number to connect to the matching charger.
- Find the QR code displayed on the charger
- You can also enter the connector code manually
- Confirm that your phone screen shows successful charger recognition
Confirm Charging Info
Select "Start Charging" and confirm your vehicle's charging information.

- Select charging option
- Confirm and click "Confirm" to continue
Start Charging
Plug in to automatically start charging your EV.

3-2. AC chargers cannot access SOC info, so only charging time and status are shown.
